The mood was love, the colour was green, and the tea was Floral Jasmine. I decided to bring in the love of nature and green is the colour of nature…I wanted to contrast the floral aroma with something earthy and robust, by bringing the sensitive and delicate jasmine taste and aroma in contrast with the smokiness of the different ingredients.
